We realise that many Parent Carers forget to care for themselves in the hard times, working so hard to keep their child well that their own needs come second.

Our free ‘… for you’ Brave boxes provide Parent Carers with some well needed ‘you’ time. They can be nominated to receive one by friends and family.

All items in the box have been donated from our Amazon Wishlist or purchased with monetary donations and promote self-care.

Nominations will be announced via our newsletter and on social media.

Please remember, you can only nominate one parent per nomination round and each recipient can only receive one box every 6 months.
